WHAT WE CHALLENGE

Most recruitment agencies have concentrated more on the supply of temporary employees and have introduced stringent conditions which made it difficult for their clients to fill their staffing gap through them.

Even though their service has brought succor to their clients, as a good number of them were able to get temporary staff to support operational needs, the fact remains that they have not created a lasting solution to their clients’ staffing issue.

These organizations have yet to be able to build back their full-time staff strength. This has continued to pose a challenge in the form of high employee costs, inconsistency, poor training, high staff turnover, bad hires, and instability.

Most agencies currently make it difficult for their staff to join their host organization’s workforce as full-time staff because of the stringent conditions in their service contract agreement such as not allowing the agency staff to work with the host organization until six months after termination of contract OR allowing the organisation to absorb the agency staff only after six to twelve months of working with the recruiting agency at a significant chargeable recruitment fee.

OUR SOLUTION

As a solution to the challenge above, it is our aim and goal at BluConsult to provide an excellent service in the provision of temporary and permanent staffing by partnering with long-term care homes and assisted living facilities to attract qualified caregivers which are formed into a pool of Agency workers from which the partnering institutions can consistently source fulltime staff even as they enjoy sustainable coverage to backfill temporary job openings in their organisations.

To correct staffing deficit based on the need of each institution, fulltime staffing remains the end goal and agency staff are able to become permanent staff of any partnering long-term care homes or assisted living facilities after they must have satisfied four (4) months’ probation period as an agency staff with BluConsult Recruitment INC.

They must also have completed a minimum of 800 work hours with the employing long-term care home or assisted living facility.

• Ensure that all staff are sufficiently up to date on all required trainings and certifications, including but not limited to: First Aid & CPR, VSC (Vulnerable Sector Background Check), SMG (Safe Management Group) and all other required documentation that the organization may deem necessary.
